Cancellation and refund policy
You can stop future PokeScan renewals from the billing portal at any time.

Cancellation
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep access until then unless a refund is granted.
Refund requests
Refund eligibility depends on applicable consumer law and the final public-launch policy. Before public sales begin, PokeScan must publish a support contact, response timeframe and any jurisdiction-specific cooling-off rights.
Billing problems
If a charge is duplicated or a subscription does not activate, use the billing portal and the support channel that will be listed here before launch. Do not open a second subscription to restore access.
